Dr. Joe Duncan has spent more than 40 years doing what he loves—caring for animals and the people who love them. After earning his degree from Mississippi State University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, he chose to return to Mississippi and serve a small-town community that quickly became home.
Throughout his career in Eupora, Dr. Duncan became known not only for his skill, but for the genuine care and compassion he showed every client and patient. He built lasting relationships with families over generations, earning a reputation as a trusted and steady presence in their lives.
His dedication to the profession extends beyond the clinic, including leadership within the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and ongoing support of future veterinarians through scholarships at MSU. In 2022, he was honored with the Vice President’s Pegasus Award from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in recognition of his impact and service.
